Real estate is more than a profession for me. I grew up in a family involved in property investment, so market trends, property values, and investment opportunities were everyday conversation. That led me to a career helping others handle the Long Island market with confidence.

Today I work with homeowners, heirs, buyers, and investors throughout Nassau and Suffolk County. I handle standard listings, inherited and estate properties, homes that need work, and investment deals. Whether I am helping a seller maximize value or a buyer find the right opportunity, my goal is strategic advice, clear communication, and exceptional service.

Found a tenant for a home. Matt is a tremendous person as well as an excellent RE Agent. I am an out-of-state owner so Matt went above and beyond expectations. Matt personally changed locks after squatters moved out then found contractors to do repairs, plumbing, landscaping, roofing and painting. He put me in contact with lawyers and insurance agents to handle NY State paperwork. then set up a photographer and listed the property. Matt did multiple showings and all the necessary background checks. Tenant signed a second lease in Oct 2024. I will definitely use Matt for ALL of my RE needs in Suffolk/Nassau counties.
